The Company specializes in international relocation services, offering comprehensive support to individuals and companies in the process of moving from one state to another, including preliminary analysis, housing search, integration into the new lifestyle and work assistance.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:
“Services”: the relocation services offered by the Company, as described on the Site.
“Content” means all information, data, texts, images, videos, sounds, software and any other material on the Site.
“Affiliates”: persons who have entered into a franchise agreement with the Company and to whom is dedicated a specific page on the Site.
“Login credentials”: username and password provided by the Company to Affiliates to access the reserved functions of the Site.
“Management Software”: the internal system of the Company integrated with the Site, in which data provided by Users through contact forms are collected and managed.
These Terms set forth the conditions under which the Company offers Users access to the Site and its Content. Your use of the Site is subject to your acceptance of the Terms, which may be updated from time to time by the Company. Please check this page regularly to be informed of any changes.
4.1 Access to the Site
The Company undertakes to ensure that the Site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, it cannot be held responsible in case of unavailability of the Site, in whole or in part, due to maintenance, for updates or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
4.2 Use of the Content
The User is authorized to view, download and print the Site Content exclusively for personal and non-commercial use, in compliance with the intellectual property rights of the Company and third parties. 6.1 Creation of dedicated pages
For each Affiliate of the Company, a dedicated page is created on the Site. The creation of these pages is carried out after the collection of information provided by the Affiliates outside the Site. Affiliates do not have direct access to the creation or modification of their pages, except for the blog reserved for them.
6.2 Blog Access and Content Posting
Affiliates receive login credentials to manage the blog associated with their page. Through the blog, Affiliates can publish articles, news and promotional content related to their business.
6.3 Responsibility for Published Content
Affiliates are solely responsible for the content they post on their blog. The Company assumes no responsibility for such content and does not guarantee its accuracy, legality or compliance with applicable laws.
6.4 Guidelines for User-Generated Content
Affiliates undertake to:
Do not post content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or in violation of the rights of others.
Do not infringe on intellectual property rights, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights.
Do not post personal information of third parties without their explicit consent.
Ensure that the content is accurate and up-to-date.
The Company reserves the right to remove, at its sole discretion, any content that it deems in violation of these Terms or applicable laws, without notice.
7.1 Rights of the Company
All rights to the Site and its Content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data collections and software, are owned by the Company or its content providers and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws.
